How to Get a Username and Password

Click the Login link in the lower left of the page. You do not have to enter a name and password.

You will be challenged for a name and password.

Click the Apply To Join link.

Join as an Individual or Organization.

You will be sent an email with your unique username and an initial password.

When you login, CMS Review will get a notification email. We will then increase your editing privileges for your products.

If you forget your password, enter your email and click send the password.
